Welcome to FOZO. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “FOZO” refer to FOZO. FOZO operates this online store and website, including its content, products, features, tools and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
FOZO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By accessing, browsing or using our website, or by placing an order with FOZO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
By using our Services or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, actual product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen and settings.
Product availability, descriptions, specifications and prices may change without notice. FOZO reserves the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication method. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.
FOZO reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, delivery limitations or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is generally collected when the order is delivered, subject to the payment options displayed at checkout.
Orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.
FOZO currently offers payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery and other available payment methods.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer agrees to pay the applicable order amount to the delivery provider at the time of delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and order information where required.
5. Shipping and Delivery
FOZO delivers orders to locations within Pakistan where delivery service is available.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, operational conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information.
If a customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or refuses an order, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.
FOZO is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect customer information, weather, public holidays, unforeseen events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Our current return window is 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.

7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within the applicable cancellation period.
FOZO's current automatic cancellation window is 15 minutes after an order is placed, provided the order has not already been processed or fulfilled.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may nevertheless contact FOZO and request cancellation, which will be considered based on the current status of the order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the FOZO website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, designs and other materials, is owned by FOZO or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal and lawful purposes only.

20. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Pakistan.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or legal requirements, disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from FOZO shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
